S.p.a works with hospitals to provide medical care of all types. Callers to the service center will be addressed immediately (appointment is scheduled for the same day) and will receive priority. They will also enjoy immediate preferential treatment in scheduling appointments and will be accompanied by a personal attendant upon arrival to the hospitals.

Regarding transplants, patients undergo continuous monitoring throughout the entire waiting period. Immediately after surgery, patients are taken to one of the most advanced intensive care units in the world. Upon release, the transplant team continues to monitor the patient’s progress, including any signs of rejection or infection including all appropriate supervision treatments.

S.P.A allows for a full range of services for organ transplants, cosmetic surgery and treatments, from pre-surgical diagnostics and monitoring, to surgery, including management and follow-up at outpatient clinics - all coordinated with the referring doctor. Treatment is always carried out in consideration with the emotional needs of patient and his or her family, providing education and support in relation to any aspect of the patient’s illness, the treatment received and the recovery process.

El Al will supply the tourism services and market the product on its website and in all of its 60 offices abroad as well as through the frequent flyer club and various media on the plane. This service will provide a solution to Israelis whose health condition does not allow them to travel abroad. Today, Israelis and tourists who yearned for a solution to their disability preventing them from going beyond their country’s borders, can travel abroad accompanied by medical escort.

For all of these the company operates a service center that provides callers with answers and supports clients and their families. The service center will handle emergencies, will provide its customers from home and abroad with information regarding medical tourism, which will include among others, medical advice from the best doctors to the level of surgery, as well as booking travel services, and receiving tourist information by a team of professional experts.
